ALL SKINCARE & RITUAL SALES ARE FINAL

Because skincare is personal and products cannot be safely resold once they leave our care, all skincare products, curated Rituals, seasonal boxes, personalized selections, and individual skincare purchases are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges because of personal preference, change of mind, or because a product has been opened or used.

SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER?

We want every From Seoul With Love order to arrive exactly as intended.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging so our team can review it.

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Please do not discard damaged or incorrect products or packaging until we have reviewed your request.

IF YOUR SKIN HAS AN UNEXPECTED REACTION

Every person’s skin is different, and even thoughtfully selected skincare may not agree with every individual.

If you experience an unexpected reaction, stop using the product and seek appropriate medical guidance if needed.

Please also contact us. We want to understand what happened and can help guide your future skincare selections.

An individual skin reaction does not automatically qualify a product for a return or refund.

CURATED & PERSONALIZED RITUALS

Our Rituals are thoughtfully curated based on the information provided to us at the time of selection. Because these products are selected specifically for the customer, curated and personalized Ritual purchases are final sale.

If we made an error in fulfilling your Ritual, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to request an order cancellation, contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
