Because every person's skin is different, we cannot guarantee that a particular skincare product or Ritual will be suitable for every individual.

When you place an order, you are submitting a request to purchase the products selected by you.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order at our discretion, including where product availability, pricing, payment, or other information is inaccurate.

Your order may not be considered accepted until payment has been received and the order has been processed or otherwise confirmed by us.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as quickly as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before an order enters processing.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

If we are unable to fulfill or accept an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided with your order.

SECTION 4 - RETURNS, REFUNDS AND FINAL SALE

All skincare products, curated Rituals, seasonal boxes, personalized selections, and individual skincare purchases are final sale, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where an order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference, change of mind, or because a product has been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

After reviewing your request, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Please do not discard damaged or incorrect products or packaging until we have reviewed your request.

For unexpected skincare reactions, please stop using the product and seek appropriate medical guidance if needed. An individual skin reaction does not automatically qualify a product for a return or refund.

SECTION 5 - CURATED AND PERSONALIZED RITUALS

Our Rituals are thoughtfully curated based on the information provided to us at the time of selection.

Because these products are selected specifically for the customer, curated and personalized Ritual purchases are final sale.

If we make an error in fulfilling your Ritual, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

SECTION 6 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without notice.

The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed at the time your order is placed and will be reflected in your order confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, applicable shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided for your purchase and agree to pay all applicable charges associated with your order.
