SHIPPING & HANDLING
Curated Ritual experiences include complimentary U.S. shipping.
Shipping fees for individual Korean Skincare items and Replenish purchases are calculated and added at checkout.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Individual Korean Skincare & Replenish Items
Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.
Express shipping, with an estimated transit time of 1–2 business days, may be available at checkout depending on the product and destination.
Please note that these are estimated shipping times and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Curated Ritual Boxes
Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing and preparation before your order ships.
Most Ritual orders are prepared within our standard processing timeframe. If your personalized curation requires a specialty product that needs additional sourcing time, we will contact you and let you know before your order is delayed.
After processing, the estimated standard transit time is 5–20 business days within the United States.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
Please note that orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately depending on product availability and fulfillment requirements.
HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, product, fulfillment location, carrier, and other circumstances.
Estimated shipping times are:

Individual Korean Skincare & Replenish Items: 3–5 business days standard; 1–2 business days with Express shipping when available

Curated Ritual Boxes: 3–7 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 5–20 business days for standard U.S. transit

International Orders: 17–45 business days in transit

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other unforeseen events.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped and tracking becomes available.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation has been sent, as carrier systems may take time to reflect the latest shipment status.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be subject to customs processing, duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to an international order are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customs processing times may vary and are outside of our control.
SHIPPING DELAYS

Please note that estimated shipping times are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control do not automatically qualify an order for a refund or cancellation.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or contains an incorrect item, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to request cancellation of an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before an order enters processing. However, once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
